The sauce and filling in this recipe are tasty. My husband does not like refried beans so I made the dish with no telling him they have been in it and he liked it, and experienced leftovers for lunch the following day. I like that the filling is loaded with veggies. I served it with do-it-yourself pico and avocado slices to get a healthier meal. I
